The WonderWing is an educational space offering a permanent exhibition on the sea and the creatures that make it their home. Children can explore a pirate ship, perform in a Tiki theater, climb a tree house, experience a kelp forest, slide down whale slide and listen to a moving waterfall.

Becker traces conflict between the sexes back to the era of the caveman and, in so doing, reveals that these differences can actually be used to build bridges to cross the gender gap.

Some of the programs the center offers include bingo, art classes, a walking club, computer classes, crafts, exercise classes, Fitness Over Fifty, line dancing, an arthritis support group, a book club and pinochle.

Take a New Orleans-style brass band, including sax legend-in-the-making Tony Gairo and trombonist Dave Champion, and give them a sweet R&B rhythm section, add Lauren Lark and John Conaghan's vocals, and you get a band that will have you dancing in the aisles. If you haven't heard Hoppin' John yet, you're in for a treat.

'Real Pirates' tells the true story of the Whydah, a pirate ship that was found off the coast of Cape Cod in 1984 by underwater explorer Barry Clifford. The exhibit displays over 200 artifacts salvaged from the ocean floor including treasure chests of jewelry, coins, and gold, weaponry such as cannons, pistols, and knives, and a full size replica of the actual ship itself.
