Okay, I waited until the summer was over to raise a question: what authority does the Medford Lakes Community have to restrict access to the beachs at the lakes?
Now I could be wrong, but I don't think that the dams were repaired/reconstructed with private home owner funds.
If that is correct, then I assume that, at least some of my "hard earned" NJ taxs went to the construction project that both made the beach viable (as well as increased the property values of those lake front residences that were previously next to a mud flat). If I have monetary contributed in some way to the project shouldn't I, as a Medford resident, have "equal access"?
But I could be wrong.
Anyway, any one in the know here?
