I closed an account in TD bank, but the bank decided to charge me one more service fee, after telling me the account was closed.
3 - months later more service fees and now they tell me its my fault and I owe money to a collections company. They can't do anything to correct it.
This Bank Stinks!! Terrible Customer service and policies that put their branch performance before their customers.
Don't do business with this bank! PNC is much nicer and has policies that protect and favor their customers.
