That is really a massive shame.. I see the flowers on the corner every time I ride down 70. That's the type of situation that REALLY makes you angry, and wonder why. You raise your children, get them past their teen years and breathe a sigh of relief thinking, ok.. we got them past the hard part, like baby turtles racing to the ocean. If you can get them past that part, they should be golden... only to have something as senseless as this happen.
